Joel founded Fuel My Social with a clear vision: to build an agency that combines the strategic rigour of corporate marketing with the creativity and agility that growing businesses actually need.

With over a decade of experience across social media, digital advertising, and brand strategy, Joel has worked with some of South Australia's most recognised names, bringing the same level of precision and intent to every client, regardless of size.

Before founding FMS, Joel spent years working inside one of Melbourne's largest digital advertising agencies, running social media and digital campaigns for nationally recognised retail, sporting and lifestyle brands. That experience shaped his belief that boutique agencies, done right, can outperform any large agency in the market.

He leads every client relationship personally, ensuring the strategy, the creative, and the results are never left to chance.
